not resolvedOK I am a total newb, can anyone tell me how to get the menu items replaced by the FLIR, as well as the headers to my blocks on the left. Basically where it says "Home - A Little about us -"etc.. and "newest products, shopping cart," etc, and also the slogan Live Laugh Wear Pretty Things, Love. I managed to get the header in there but I can't seem to figure out anything else. I am at my wits end!

Ok so I am sorry. I managed to get the slogan by making it an h3 tag. Now I am still needing the menu and the block headers.

To add additional styles you want to have FLIR affect you need to add them to the Element Types to Replace field in the configuration. For example:
h[code]1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,small,blockquote,div#postinfo,p.date,div#sidebar a[/code]
So for your block headers you would need to add div.BlockHeader-text save the options then in the Elements to Replace section you should be able to activate that option.
